A Message from the Superintendent: Dear ROWUSD Students, Families, Staff, and Community Members, As we close another remarkable year, I would like to express my appreciation for your support, partnership, and dedication throughout this academic year filled with achievements, growth, and memorable moments.
To our students: I applaud you for your hard work, determination, and resilience throughout this school year. As you begin this summer break, I encourage you to embrace opportunities for personal growth and continual learning. Explore new interests, ask questions, read, create, and never stop being curious about the world around you. 
To our families: You have been your child(ren)’s strongest pillars of support. Thank you for your continuous involvement in their education. Your commitment to their success, well-being, and future has played an invaluable role in their growth and achievements. We are grateful for the trust you place in ROWUSD to help educate and support your child(ren).
I would also like to extend appreciation to our dedicated teachers,  staff, and administrators. Your commitment to excellence, student achievement, and the creation of safe, engaging learning environments continues to make ROWUSD a place where students can reach their fullest potential. Your work changes lives, and our district is stronger because of you.
To our community partners, thank you for your collaboration, generosity, and support. Your partnerships have been instrumental in providing opportunities, resources, and experiences that enrich our students' lives. Together, we have strengthened the connection between our schools and the mountain communities we proudly serve.
As we welcome summer, I encourage everyone to take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the opportunities this season provides. Explore new interests, spend time with loved ones, participate in community activities, and create lasting memories. Remember that education does not stop when school ends. Learning happens everywhere, and the world around us offers endless opportunities for discovery and growth. Whether you are reading a book, exploring nature, volunteering in your community, traveling to new places, or pursuing creative endeavors, continue to embrace learning and seek opportunities to make a positive impact.
On behalf of the Board of Education and the entire Rim of the World School District, thank you for a wonderful school year. Please stay safe, stay connected, and enjoy a well-deserved summer break.

Page: Celebrating VOE’s Youngest Graduates. VOE Preschool recently held a special graduation ceremony to celebrate the district's youngest learners as they prepare for an exciting new chapter. Families, teachers, & staff gathered to honor these amazing students as they officially graduated from preschool & look ahead to joining VOE's Transitional Kindergarten (TK) classes for the 2026-2027 school year. These young graduates have spent the year learning important academic, social, & emotional skills that will help them succeed as they move into TK. Along the way, they have made friends, built confidence, explored their creativity, & developed a love for learning. While these students may be the youngest learners in our district, they have already accomplished so much & have bright futures ahead of them. Congratulations to all of our VOE Preschool graduates!

Page: From CHE Students to High School Graduates. As part of a cherished ROWUSD tradition, graduating seniors returned to CHE, where many of them once walked the halls as elementary students. Dressed in their caps and gowns, they were welcomed by smiling faces and enthusiastic cheers from current students and staff. CHE welcomed graduating seniors with colorful leis and enthusiastic cheers, creating a heartfelt celebration as they returned to the campus where many of their educational journeys began.
Page: RHS Seniors Inspiring the Next Generation at CHE. The seniors made their way through the hallways as graduation music played. Their walk was filled with smiles, laughter, & heartfelt memories, reminding everyone how far these students have come on their educational journey.
Page: CHE: Where Memories Begin. The Senior Grad Walk at CHE was filled with joy, happiness, & cherished memories as graduating seniors returned to the place where their educational journey began. Walking through the halls, reconnecting with former teachers, & seeing familiar faces reminded students of how far they have come—from young learners taking their first steps in school to accomplished graduates preparing for their next chapter. It was a wonderful day for these graduates to revisit their roots at CHE, celebrate their achievements, & reflect on the experiences, friendships, & support that helped shape them along the way.
Page: Celebrating a Full-Circle Moment. As graduation music echoed through the halls, seniors walked alongside TK & Kindergarten students, creating a memorable connection between generations of learners. The excitement was contagious, & smiles filled every corner of the campus.

Page: Before heading back to the high school, students gathered for photos and enjoyed a few moments on the playground. The Senior Walk remains a meaningful ROWUSD tradition that celebrates growth, accomplishment, and the journey ahead.
Page: VOE welcomed graduating seniors back to campus with open arms as they returned for the annual Senior Walk. The visit offered a special opportunity to reflect on where their educational journey began & how much they have accomplished.
Page: VOE’s Senior Grad Walk. With caps & gowns proudly worn, seniors walked the hallways lined with cheering students and staff. The excitement & encouragement from the younger students created an unforgettable atmosphere of celebration!

Page: As the graduation music played, Mountain High School's Class of 2026 proudly walked toward the stage in their caps and gowns, marking the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Surrounded by family, friends, & staff, they took each step closer to receiving their diploma and celebrating this unforgettable milestone.
Page: As the students prepared to take their seats, the excitement, nerves, pride, & anticipation of the moment could be felt all around. With caps & gowns in place, they were ready for the ceremony to begin & for this special milestone to be officially celebrated.

Graduates were reminded of the accomplishments that brought them to this moment and the endless opportunities that await them as they begin the next chapter of their journey. Page: Margaret Williams, the Eagletorian’s address was both uplifting & heartfelt, inspiring her classmates to reflect on their journey & look forward to thire futures with confidence. Through words of gratitude, friendship, & encouragement, Margaret celebrated their shared experiences & accomplishments that brought their Class of 2026 to this special day.
Page: Before the official acceptance of the graduating class, several deserving students were recognized with scholarships, in celebration of their hard work, dedication, & achievements. Following these special presentations, the School Board President, Cindy Gardner,  formally accepted the Mountain High School Class of 2026, marking an important milestone as graduates prepared to receive their diplomas & begin the next chapter of their lives.
Pages: One by one, the graduates proudly crossed the stage to receive their diplomas, marking the successful completion of an important chapter in their lives. As family, friends, & staff cheered them on, each student was recognized for their hard work, perseverance, & determination. This unforgettable moment symbolized not only their achievements but also the bright future that lies ahead.
Page: With diplomas in hand and smiles all around, the graduates celebrated the moment they had worked so hard to reach by tossing their tassels into the air. This joyful tradition marked the official close of their high school journey and the beginning of an exciting new chapter filled with endless possibilities!
Page: RHS & RVA Graduation 2026: A Night of Celebration, Pride, and New Beginnings. The graduation ceremonies for Rim High School (RHS) and Rim Virtual Academy (RVA) marked the culmination of years of hard work, determination, perseverance, & growth. It was an evening filled with emotions, joy, accomplishment, pride, and hope as graduates crossed the stage and officially became members of the Class of 2026.
Page: As families, friends, teachers, staff, & community members gathered to celebrate, there was a sense of excitement & reflection in the air. For many graduates, the evening represented not only the completion of their high school journey but also the beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunities, dreams, and endless possibilities. As each student's name was announced, families erupted in applause & cheers. Proud parents, grandparents, siblings, & loved ones celebrated their graduates' achievements, knowing the dedication & effort that had gone into reaching this milestone. The joy on their faces reflected years of encouragement, support, & belief in their students' potential. For teachers & staff, graduation is always a special occasion. Educators have the privilege of witnessing students grow academically, socially, & emotionally throughout their time in school. Watching the graduates walk across the stage served as a reminder of the impact education can have on shaping futures & opening doors to new opportunities. The RHS & RVA Class of 2026 leaves behind a legacy of perseverance, leadership, creativity, & achievement. These students have contributed to their schools in countless ways, whether through academics, athletics, the arts, leadership programs, community service, or simply by being positive members of their school communities.
Page: One of the most inspiring aspects of graduation is the sense of hope that fills the evening. The possibilities ahead are limitless. These graduates have the opportunity to shape their futures, make meaningful contributions to their communities, & pursue their passions with confidence & determination. To the RHS & RVA Class of 2026: Congratulations on this remarkable achievement. May you continue to dream big, work hard, embrace new opportunities, & pursue your goals with courage & determination. Your future is bright,& your school community will always be proud of the incredible accomplishments you have achieved.
Page: CHE Elementary Rocky Palooza Talent Show. CHE Elementary hosted its Rocky Palooza Talent Show, & it was a night to remember!
 The event was filled with incredible talent, lots of fun, & wonderful entertainment for students, families, & staff. Students had the opportunity to shine on stage & share their unique gifts with the school community.  From start to finish, the evening was full of excitement, applause, & proud moments as performers showcased their creativity, confidence, & hard work. Rocky Palooza was a great reminder of the amazing talents within the CHE Elementary community. Congratulations to all of the performers for making it such a special & entertaining night!
Page: VOE 5th Graders Take on the Staff in an Epic Softball Showdown! What happens when VOE's energetic 5th graders challenge their teachers & staff to a softball game? An afternoon full of laughter, friendly competition, teamwork, & unforgettable memories! Students and staff gathered on the field for what quickly became one of the most anticipated events of the year. From the first pitch to the final out, both teams gave it their all. The 5th graders brought enthusiasm, determination, & impressive athletic skills, while the staff showed they still had it!
Page: The game featured exciting hits, incredible catches, and plenty of moments that had everyone cheering from the sidelines. Students were eager to show their teachers what they could do, while staff members enjoyed the opportunity to connect with students outside the classroom in a fun, active way. By the end of the day, there was so much excitement & fun that it was hard to keep track of who actually won! Whether the victory belonged to the 5th graders or the staff, everyone walked away feeling like a champion. The laughter, sportsmanship, & memories created during the game were worth far more than any final score. Thank you to all of the students, staff members, and supporters who helped make this event such a success. The fun was outrageous, the competition was fierce, and the memories will be talked about for years to come!
Page: A Confetti Farewell to an Amazing School Year at VOE. What better way to celebrate the end of another successful school year than with a Confetti Farewell Party! VOE students & staff came together to kick off summer vacation with excitement, laughter, & plenty of colorful confetti. Thank you to everyone who helped make this school year so special. Have a wonderful summer, VOE! We can't wait to see you again next year!
Page: VOE Staff Race in Inflatable Style! Talk about a race to remember! VOE staff members traded their everyday attire for giant inflatable animal costumes & raced to the finish line in one of the funniest events of the year. The starting line was filled with larger-than-life characters, including a chicken, a pink frog, an orange dinosaur, a seahorse, a bear, & many other inflatable creatures. As the race began, students erupted in laughter & cheers as the animals bounced, waddled, & sprinted toward the finish line. It was another example of how VOE staff go above & beyond to create fun, engaging experiences for students & build a positive school culture. What a fun and silly day at VOE! The inflatable animal race was a huge hit & added another unforgettable chapter to the many traditions that make VOE such a special place to learn, grow, & have fun.
Page: VOE Color Run: A Bright & Colorful Tradition. Students, staff, & families came together for a fun-filled event where everyone was covered in bright fluorescent colors from head to toe. Smiles could be seen everywhere as participants ran, walked, cheered, & celebrated together. The colorful clouds, joyful energy, & excitement made the day truly unforgettable. The VOE Color Run has become a wonderful tradition that brings the school community together in such a fun & memorable way. It was a day full of laughter, connection, & celebration, & a great reminder of what makes VOE so special!
Page: MPH Celebrates the Class of 2026. A special Grad Wall was created at MPH to honor the 8th-grade students as they prepare to take the next step in their educational journey. Congratulations to all of our graduating 8th graders! We wish you continued success as you begin your high school adventure! Creativity Comes Together in Art Class. MPH students showcased their artistic talents through an impressive collaborative art project. Each student contributed individual drawings, which were carefully combined to create a magnificent elephant masterpiece. The project highlighted not only artistic skill but also the power of teamwork. Every drawing played an important role in bringing the larger image to life. The finished elephant was a beautiful display of creativity, collaboration, & imagination, proving that when students work together, they can create something truly extraordinary.
Page: Lunchroom Fun at MPH. Sometimes the best memories are made during everyday moments. MPH students know how to make the most of their lunch period, & a group of boys recently demonstrated just that. Filled with laughter, conversation, & friendship, the lunchroom was buzzing with positive energy. These moments of connection help build strong relationships & create a welcoming school environment. Science, Engineering, & Imagination. At MPH, science is more than just experiments & textbooks...it is also about creativity & problem-solving. Students recently combined engineering skills & imagination by constructing a model of the Colosseum & placing it on a creatively made boat to test whether it would float or sink. The activity challenged students to think critically about design, balance, & buoyancy while encouraging innovation & teamwork. Through hands-on learning, students discovered that science can be both educational  & exciting as they tested their creations & learned from the results.
Page: A Special Dance Performance for MPH Students. MPH students recently had the privilege of watching a performance by a local dance class. The talented dancers showcased their skills, dedication, & passion through an entertaining & inspiring presentation. Ending the Year on a High Note. The final band concert of the school year was a wonderful celebration of musical achievement. MPH band students performed for fellow classmates, staff, and parents during a special assembly that highlighted the hard work and dedication they have shown throughout the year. Congratulations to all of the student musicians for their commitment & outstanding performances throughout the year!
Page: MPH 8th Graders Recognized by the American Legion. Two MPH 8th-grade students were honored during a special assembly after being recognized by the American Legion as Outstanding Students. This prestigious recognition celebrates students who exemplify leadership, citizenship, character, academic achievement, & a commitment to making a positive impact within their school and community. The assembly provided an opportunity to celebrate these two remarkable students & acknowledge their dedication, hard work, & positive example for others. Their achievements reflect the values & excellence that MPH strives to instill in all students. Congratulations to these outstanding 8th graders on this well-deserved honor. We are proud of their accomplishments & look forward to seeing all they achieve in high school and beyond!
